This policy explains what information Rob’s Window Tinting, LLC (“Rob’s Window Tinting,” “we,” “us”) collects when you contact us, book work, or message us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you call, text, message, email, or visit us, we may collect:

- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Details about what you want worked on, like your vehicle’s year, make, and model, your farm equipment, or your home or business windows
- What you write in your messages to us
- Appointment details, like the date, time, and the work we quoted or did
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Give you a quote
- Schedule, confirm, or change your appointment
- Follow up about your job, including warranty questions
- Answer your questions
Text messages and Google
When you text us, or we text you about a quote or appointment, messages may be sent by RCS through Google’s RCS for Business service. RCS is the newer form of texting on many phones. By messaging us, you agree that Google and your mobile carrier will process your messages to deliver them. Google handles that under its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We don’t sell your information
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it when we need to run the business (for example, the messaging and phone services that deliver your texts) or when the law requires it.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to quote, book, and support your job, including any warranty period. After that we delete it or keep only what we must for tax or legal records.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text from us and we’ll stop texting you. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Asking to see or delete your information
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we’ll take care of it, unless we need to keep something for legal or tax reasons.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
